Presentation Day Permission Form

To enter presentation day it is a £15 entry fee - then each additonal discipline is just £5 to enter / perform, if you do multiple classes or a mixed Aerial then you can enter in more than one discipline

Note: Mixed Aerial Classes this year will be focusing on Aerial Hoop, any mixed aerial student wishing to do more than one discipline then please select Aerial Hoop and any others

At this presentation day my child would like to enter: (Select more than one if your child would like to be entered for multiple disciplines, if you only do one class then only select that one)

Date Reminder - If you are in multiple disciplines you may need to attend at different times throughout the weekend. A reminder of our times are:

  • Saturday 29th November (Afternoon / evening) - Aerial Presentation

  • Sunday 30th November (Morning) - Circus Presentation

  • Sunday 30th November (Afternoon) - Gymnastics Presentation (Tumbling & Acro)
