Cancellation Policy

Your membership Membership costs £43 per month and includes one class per teaching week in your agreed adult Aerial Hoop or Aerial Silks class. Your place is reserved while your membership remains active and payments are up to date. Please contact us before changing classes. Payments Classes run for 37 teaching weeks each year. The annual fee of £516 is spread across 12 equal monthly payments, including school holidays and the summer break. Holiday payments form part of your annual class fees; they are not charges for additional holiday classes. Membership continues until cancelled with one month’s written notice. Payments are collected automatically using your saved card on the billing date shown at checkout. Please keep your card details up to date. Failed payments must be settled before attending further classes. Ending your membership Please give one month’s notice by emailing info@academyofmovement.co.uk. Payments remain due during the notice period. Cancelling your card payment alone does not give notice to AOM. As payments are spread throughout the year, we will reconcile your final account against the teaching sessions allocated to your membership, including your notice period, at the annual class rate of £516 ÷ 37. We will explain any outstanding balance or refund any overpayment. Missed sessions still count where your place was reserved. Attendance Please notify us if you cannot attend. Missed classes do not automatically qualify for refunds, credits, transfers or replacement sessions. Arrive on time for the warm-up; arrivals more than 15 minutes late may not be admitted for safety reasons. Repeated unexplained absence may result in a review of your reserved place. Health and safety Tell us about relevant medical conditions or injuries and keep your emergency contact details current. Do not attend when unwell or unfit to participate. For a longer-term injury, contact us to discuss a temporary injury subscription before changing payments. Wear suitable training clothing, tie hair securely back and remove jewellery. For silks, avoid zips, pins or sharp items that could damage the fabric. Follow coaches’ instructions. No chewing gum; only water is permitted in training areas. Bullying, offensive behaviour and unsafe conduct are not tolerated. Changes or cancellations by AOM If we cancel a class, we will contact you promptly and offer a suitable replacement session where possible, or an appropriate credit or refund if it cannot be provided.
