Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required at booking. Online bookings are subject to final confirmation by AOM following staffing and availability checks. If we cannot accommodate your booking, we will offer an alternative or provide a full refund. Cancellations & Changes: Cancellations more than 42 days before the party will receive a refund less a 10% booking/cancellation charge. Cancellations 22–42 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations 21 days or fewer before the party are non-refundable. Bookings may be moved once to another available date with more than 42 days' notice, subject to availability. Further changes may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking. Numbers:Parties have a strict maximum of 14 participating children, including birthday children and participating siblings. This cannot be exceeded. Additional children will not be able to participate. Adults: Due to space, a maximum of 4 adults may remain on site. Parties generally operate as drop-off and collection. At least one responsible adult associated with the party must remain throughout. Waivers: Every participating child must have a Party Waiver completed by their parent/legal guardian. The party booker is responsible for sharing the waiver link and ensuring all waivers are completed. Children without a waiver may not participate and no refund will be provided as a result. Timings: Parties start and finish at the booked times. Late arrival or waiting for guests will reduce your party time. Safety: Children must follow AOM staff instructions and wear suitable clothing. Jewellery, sharp items, exposed zips/pins or anything that could cause injury or damage equipment must be removed. AOM may adapt, restrict or stop activities where there is a safety concern. Relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies and additional needs must be disclosed. Minimum ages stated for activities must be followed. By booking and paying, you confirm that you have read and accept this Party Booking Policy. Nothing within these terms affects your statutory rights.
