Adult Course - Booking Policy

1. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the course.

  • Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be shared with another participant.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

  • All bookings are strictly non-refundable.

  • Once booked, we are unable to offer refunds or partial refunds, including for missed sessions or changes in personal circumstances.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If we (Academy of Movement) need to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, venue issues), we will offer an alternative session where possible.

  • If a participant cannot attend a session, we do not offer make-up classes or transfers to future courses.

4. Attendance & Punctuality

  • Please arrive on time for your sessions. A proper warm-up is essential for safety, and late arrivals may be unable to participate.

  • If you miss a session, we are unable to provide refunds or alternative classes.

5. Health & Safety

  • Aerial hoop is a physically demanding activity. Participants must ensure they are fit and healthy before attending.

  • If you have any medical conditions or injuries, please consult a doctor before booking and inform the instructor before your first session.

  • Academy of Movement reserves the right to refuse participation if a participant is deemed unfit to take part safely.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow students.

  • Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund
