Academy Of Movement delivers unique fitness for all ages.  Offering educational, fun and inspiring classes in Circus, Dance and Gymnastics. These could also be in the form of bespoke workshops, parties or sessions in schools. 

Here at Academy Of Movement, our goal is to get participants moving by experimenting with new and exciting ways of keeping fit. Our classes aid motor skills, boost self esteem and self awareness, cultivates patience and persistence as well as reinforcing positive learning. AOM welcomes people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds to learn unfamiliar and challenging skills and to make new friends whilst improving both physical and mental health.

All our classes are taught by industry professionals, all of which have been or still are active within the performing industry. All of the Academy Of Movement team are current within the discipline they are teaching, and can provide an in-depth knowledge of skill that is unrivalled.
